Each participant, including authors, is expected to pay the corresponding registration fee. For a paper to be included in the proceedings of the conference, at least one registration fee must be paid and assigned to that paper. Each fee can only be associated with one paper/presentation.

The Delegate and Student fees include a USB drive with the conference program and proceedings, full access to all technical sessions, daily lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and the banquet (if selected).
The Accompanying Person fee includes access to the welcome reception, sunset event, and the banquet.
Attendees registering under the student rate must provide a confirmation letter from their Department Head or Chair stating that they are full-time students. This document must be sent via email to the secretariat. The registration process will only proceed after the required documentation is received.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer or credit card. Further payment instructions will be provided during the registration process.
In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to the Conference Chairman. If the cancellation is received before April 1, 2026, registration fees will be refunded with a deduction of 75 €. No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2026.
Secretariat services will be provided by a professional company with extensive experience in organizing international scientific events. Contact details will be available on the conference website.
